These are soft foam strips that can be used in the sweatband of your cap to reduce the size and increase comfort. If you are in between sizes and order one size up, these reducers can make the cap smaller, decreasing the size by .5-1CMs if you use one, 1-2CMs if you use 2.
They come with a peel and stick back, adhering directly to the sweatband or to be tucked inside the sweatband, based on your personal preference and the specific cap. One or more can be used to refine your fit.
