At Peaky Hat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new headwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hat is protected to maintain its shape during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
